A Second Helping is a volunteer organization that collects our guests’ vacation groceries as they leave the island. Not only does this save you the hassle of hauling vacation food home with you, but it helps the community you love as well!

At Hobbs Realty, we truly believe that "it takes a village" to raise a child. That’s why we're continuing our long tradition of purchasing school supplies to deliver to local classrooms in the Holden Beach area.

There are many ways Hobbs gives back to the community throughout the year, and one of our favorite things to do is invest in young people through our summer college internship program. What a privilege to be part of someone's career training and life decisions!

It certainly is amazing to live in a community in which the folks truly care and put their love into action. Since Hurricane Florence this summer, our friends, neighbors, and faith communities have been volunteering for our elderly, the displaced, and those who have suffered great loss.

Hobbs Realty is open to receive and distribute much needed non-perishable food, bottled water and personal items. We will deliver your donations to local shelters and to the Waccamaw Fire Department which is going into neighborhoods only accessible to emergency vehicles and boats.
