Join the Old Baldy Foundation and the North Carolina 4th of July Festival this Labor Day weekend as they commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Battle of Fort George with a special weekend of living history, family activities, and commemorative events on Bald Head Island. Activities will span two days, Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6.
Tickets are not required for Saturday’s free living history events on Old Baldy grounds and Marina Park, and the free battle re-enactments scheduled for Sunday. The battle re-enactment will occur twice on Sunday, at 12:00 PM and at 3:30 PM, respectively.
