Bethany was raised right here on Holden Beach and grew up working at the Hobbs family amusement businesses. She also spent many a Saturday cleaning and inspecting beach homes before (and after) she set out for Raleigh and Meredith College. Her degree in psychology, with a K-6 NC teaching license, helped launch her teaching career (2nd-4th grades so far). Many of those skills leading, guiding, and coaching students to successful learning translate really well in her role in managing the #Hobbspitality Guest Services Department, along with serving as part of the Property Management Team.
Best Part of Hobbs Realty: Being able to work with my family is the best part of my work day!
After Hours: I love to go camping with my family. There's something so sweet about all five of us being crammed into our little camper that allows us to slow down and catch up on our family time!
Pursuits: I simply want to be a better person than I was the day before... and I'd love to travel more.
Alternate Dream Job: Elementary school teacher or a nurse on the "mom & baby" floor
