Beautiful new home, ready for your Holden Beach vacation! The home is set to be completed early in the new year, so check back for photo updates! Look no further than Buckeye Bliss for your perfect island escape. This gorgeous new home has 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom for your convenience.
On the first living level, you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms! On the top level, you will find the main living area, kitchen, half bathroom, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views! The primary bedroom is also on this level with balcony access, where you can see partial views of the sparkling ocean!
The home provides a 3-story residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.
We’re excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor’s discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.
This lovely home is located in the Winding River community on Holden Beach, so there is access to the Winding River Oceanfront clubhouse and community pool (located just down the street at 162 Ocean Blvd East). Not only is there an oceanfront swimming pool to enjoy (Easter through October), but there are restrooms with shower facilities, a gathering room with a microwave, and private beach access. Also, included in your stay is the use of the Winding River Seaside Marina. There are four day-dock slips (first-come, first-served) connected to the clubhouse via a short walk on the community boardwalk. Enjoy all this island community has to offer!
Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 13.
