A major remodel for the 2025 season is underway, bringing a fresh new look inside and out! Updates include all new furniture, fully renovated bathrooms, a remodeled kitchen with custom cabinets, high-end appliances, a double oven, an oversized refrigerator, a gas range, a large island, and a new wet bar with an ice maker and refrigerator. Guests will also enjoy an elevator, two washers and dryers, and all-new flatscreen TVs, including an 85-inch TV in the den with YouTube TV for streaming.

Outside, the home is being completely transformed with a newly expanded deck and walkway to the beach, a relocated hot tub on the pool deck, increased outdoor living space, an outdoor gas grill, and expanded parking.

The front and back exteriors, including new siding, windows, decks, and colors, will look different from current photos. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as this service should be scheduled in advance for optimal use.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, that Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

This owner also provides beach and bath towel sets per occupancy for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath and beach towel.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
