Welcome to Thistle Dew Too, your perfect coastal retreat in the gated west end community of lovely Holden Beach. This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and is thoughtfully designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the best of beach living. The first floor features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a cozy den that is ideal for movie nights, games, and extra hangout space for kids and adults alike.

Upstairs, you’ll find an open kitchen and living room area made for entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen includes double ovens, a six-burner gas stove, a pot filler, a walk-in pantry, a beverage fridge, and plenty of seating with six barstools at the island. The dining table seats six comfortably, with additional seating for four at a round table in the living room. Two upstairs bedrooms each offer private bathrooms, and a convenient half bath is located just off the main living space.

Step outside to enjoy the screened-in porch overlooking the marsh, or head up to the roof terrace for sweeping views. After a day at the beach, just right across the street, cool off in the private pool (open from Easter - October) or rinse away the sand in the outdoor shower. The nearby boardwalk, located between 1363 OBW and 1365 OBW, makes beach access easy and enjoyable.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. 

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them. 

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

We’re excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor’s discretion).  Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.
