From the moment you arrive, you’ll appreciate the quiet privacy of Holden Beach West and the convenience of elevator access to all three levels. Outside, enjoy your own private oceanfront pool, open decks, and endless views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The first living level features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and flat-screen TV for ultimate comfort and privacy. Two luxurious king master suites offer direct access to the oceanfront deck, where you can wake up to sunrise views and the sound of the waves. Two additional queen bedrooms provide stylish accommodations, while the bunk room is perfect for kids or larger groups with triple bunks offering six twin beds total. A cozy oceanfront sitting area on this level creates the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Upstairs, the home truly shines with a spectacular open-concept living space surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing panoramic views of the ocean, marsh, and Intracoastal Waterway. Natural light pours into the bright and airy great room, creating an inviting atmosphere for gathering and entertaining.

The gourmet kitchen is a dream for both chefs and entertainers alike, featuring a large island with seating, a five-burner Wolf gas range, double ovens, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and a spacious butler’s pantry complete with an additional sink. The adjacent beverage station includes an icemaker and beverage refrigerator, making it effortless to entertain after a day on the beach.

With elevated modern finishes, luxurious amenities, and unforgettable waterfront views from nearly every room, The Surf Society Beach Club offers the perfect blend of sophistication, comfort, and coastal charm for your next Holden Beach getaway.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September through May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated up to 10 degrees above the outside temperature, with a maximum temperature of 87°F.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. 

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them. 

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. 

We’re excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor’s discretion).  Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
