With no homes between you and the ocean, the property offers beautiful, unobstructed views. A small, unpaved road separates the home from the beach, and your public beach access is conveniently located one home to the west (approximately 30 yards).

Inside, you'll find bright coastal décor and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Two separate living areas provide flexibility for families and groups traveling together, while the second living room features a convenient mini kitchen, perfect for snacks, drinks, or giving guests their own space to unwind. The well-equipped kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, and thoughtful layout make vacation living easy and enjoyable.

After a day on the sand, cool off with a swim in the private pool or gather on the decks to enjoy the sights and sounds of the coast. Whether you're spending your days building sandcastles, lounging poolside, or simply taking in the views, Skip to the Good Part offers everything you need for a memorable Holden Beach getaway.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as, for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

We’re excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October. No hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor’s discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
