This property is conveniently located within walking distance to nearby restaurants, a coffee bar, a park, a chapel, and other island attractions. Wake up to stunning panoramic views of the ocean from the most luxurious bedroom suite on Holden Beach. Construction will be completed in January 2026, with complete interior photos posted in early 2026.
The palatial master bedroom features outstanding views, a private deck, a deluxe queen-size bed, a relaxing reading nook, and a huge master bathroom, with a large dual-sink countertop and an oversized tile shower. The new kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, ample counter space, an induction cooktop, double ovens, and cabinets stocked to meet all your baking needs. The kitchen is open to the family room & dining area, so the family chef can enjoy the view and conversation while preparing meals. Flat-screen televisions are in all three bedrooms as well as the family room. The upstairs street-side bedroom features a queen-size bed and on-suite full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom features three twin beds with access to a full bath off the hallway. The utility room contains a full-size washer and dryer. Cabinets are stocked with board games, card games, books, and beach toys. A charcoal grill is located outside near the parking area.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
Guests need to bring their own towels. The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note that Hobbs Realty trusts the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.
