Every bedroom and flex room includes a TV, while the main living room boasts an impressive 85-inch TV with surround sound, ideal for movie nights, game days, or any “can’t miss” TV event. The first-level primary suite features a walk-in shower and grab bars near the shower and toilet for added comfort and accessibility. The second level offers two spacious king primary suites with walk-in showers and private balcony access, along with a coffee and tea station featuring instant hot water and a beverage refrigerator, creating a peaceful way to ease into the day.

The east suite includes two queen beds and a shared bathroom connected to a flex room with a sectional sofa. The ample kitchen, living, and dining area features a connected butler’s pantry, a Thermador 42-inch refrigerator with an indoor water dispenser, and two dishwashers for easy cleanup. The living room offers an electric fireplace and a massive 15-foot sliding door with unobstructed ocean views. Just outside, enjoy six Adirondack chairs gathered around a 5-foot propane fire pit, along with two classic oceanfront rockers off the living room. The lower-level pool deck is designed for relaxation with a shaded dining table, a 4-top high-top table by the grilling station, two loveseats, two swivel rockers, four sun loungers, and four separate built-in seating areas inside the private 4.5-foot-deep pool (open Easter - October), creating inviting spaces both in and out of the sun.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a minute of surf and sand!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We’re excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor’s discretion).  Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home. This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras when unoccupied. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
