Located on the third row, this gem allows you to access the beach with a short walk to the nearby public access near 1017 OBW, not part of the Point West Community beach access. To access the beach strand please follow Coquina Drive West to the white fence on your right. This indicates a footpath that will take you to Ocean Blvd. Take a left onto Ocean Blvd and travel East towards 1017 OBW on the sidewalk. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
