This lovely oceanfront home with updated, charming beach-chic décor is perfect for your island getaway. Enjoy your own private oceanside swimming pool (open from Easter - October)! This 7 bedroom/ 5 bathroom home sleeps 15 and offers stunning ocean views and plenty of room to spread out. Pelican Point is on two levels, each with its own living room, dining area, laundry facility, and kitchen. Please note there is NOT a dishwasher in this home. The ground level has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There are NO interconnecting interior stairs, to access the up and down units there are exterior stairs on the street side and the oceanside of the home. Every bedroom is equipped with USB charging ports and a flat-screen TV to stream all of your favorite shows. No cable, but every TV has streaming capability! A gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower are a few of the wonderful property amenities. You will love this home's great location just a short walk to the Holden Beach Pier, General Store, and ice cream shop.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
