The upper level has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas 5 burner cooktop, a spacious island and a 42” stainless steel refrigerator. There is plenty of seating in the Dining Room for your whole party to dine together or dine al fresco at the teak table on the covered front porch! The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing with a movie or your favorite show on the smart flat-screen TV. In the rear of the house, you will find two bedrooms with private bathrooms, smart TVs, and walk-in closets. There is also an uncovered deck overlooking the pool and perfect for viewing the sunset or stargazing!
You will feel pampered in the lower-level master suite which has a king-size bed, TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with two vanities, a soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads. On this level, there are two more spacious bedrooms both with private bathrooms and smart TVs. In the backyard, you will find a brand-new pool deck and a 6-foot privacy fence which were installed in 2023. You can relax on the lounge chairs, swim in the pool, or grill your favorite meals on the charcoal grill. The backyard also has an enclosed outdoor shower which makes cleaning off after a day at the beach a breeze. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
