This beautifully designed beach home features a reverse, open-concept floor plan, with the main living space perched on the top floor to maximize light and views, including a peek of the ocean that adds to the coastal charm. Vaulted ceilings create a bright, airy atmosphere, while the open living, dining, and kitchen areas offer the perfect gathering space for family and friends.

Perfectly positioned for both relaxation and exploration, Livin’ Easy offers easy walkability to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and the fishing dock, making it simple to enjoy the best of Holden Beach without ever needing to get in the car.

Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and privacy, Livin’ Easy includes two primary suites, one on each floor, each with its own private bath. The top-floor primary suite is a true retreat, complete with a jetted tub and double vanity. Every bedroom offers direct access to a porch and an attached bathroom, making it easy for guests to enjoy both comfort and convenience. The two first-floor bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, ideal for families. Every bedroom has a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows when you’re ready to unwind.

Step outside and enjoy the coastal breeze from multiple outdoor spaces, including covered porches, sun decks, and a relaxing screened porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. For a little friendly competition, take advantage of the on-site ping-pong table.

Coming soon, the highlight of the outdoor experience: a stunning 12’ x 33’ private pool featuring a tanning ledge and two deep-end swim-outs. The pool can also be heated for an additional charge, making it perfect for extended-season enjoyment. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature, with a maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as this service should be scheduled in advance for optimal use.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home. This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
