August 6, 2020: Holden Beach will reopen to vacationers on Saturday, August 8 at 3PM. We are wind-blown, very sandy, a little bit salty, but very blessed!
We want to say a big thank you to our local utility vendors, HB Town workers and first responders for working so diligently to restore services to our island home.
We are now in post-storm clean-up mode. Overall, the island sustained more than $40 million in damages per the Town of Holden Beach. The State of North Carolina has issued a swimming advisory.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by Hurricane Isaias.
