Thoughtfully designed with an inverted floor plan, the main living areas are located on the upper level to take full advantage of the abundant natural light and scenic marsh views. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a TV, all open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gathering with family and friends. Large windows fill the home with sunshine and showcase the beautiful coastal landscape. The primary bedroom is also located on the upper level, offering a private retreat close to the heart of the home.
On the first floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms along with a cozy sitting area, providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The home's bright colors, beach-inspired décor, and inviting atmosphere capture the laid-back spirit of coastal living from the moment you walk through the door.
After a fun day spent on the beach, take advantage of the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside to unwind. Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
