This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage features marsh and Intracoastal Waterway views and a quick walk to the nearby private beach access, which is about 100 yards away (approx. 4 min). Enjoy the French countryside-inspired décor inside with tiled showers and luxury tiled floors throughout the house. The thoughtfully-equipped kitchen for mealtime preparations and appliances, including a Keurig, slow cooker, waffle maker, coffee grinder, and other amenities. 

The outdoor living spaces are just as inviting with a screened-in porch, a private saltwater swimming pool (open from Easter - October) adjacent to the home, and a ground-level deck area with a glider, picnic table, and grilling area. Enjoy relaxing marsh views as you prepare your meal on a Weber gas grill. Enjoy an evening beverage while you view marsh wildlife, including deer, heron, egrets, and the rare bobcat. After a long day at the beach or the pool (pool floats and toys provided), you can enjoy the outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart in the storage room. Spend family time playing board games or corn hole.

All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. 

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We’re excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor’s discretion).  Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
