This 4-bedroom/4-bathroom home offers plenty of space and gorgeous views. Inside, you will find an inverted floor plan to help maximize your ocean, sunset, and sunrise views. The natural light is gorgeous, and the refreshed coastal decor is beach chic and comforting. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with all stainless appliances, a gas stove, a separate beverage fridge, and a large walk-in pantry. There are also 2 living rooms to spread out and enjoy movie night. All bedrooms and both living areas have flat-screen smart TVs for streaming! Get ready to enjoy the natural beauty of Holden Beach as you sit on one of the many decks of this wonderful boulevard home or splash around in the private heatable swimming pool (open from Easter - October).

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as, for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

We’re excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October. No hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor’s discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
