This vendor position is for a part-time, seasonal contractor (June - August). To be scheduled as a housekeeping vendor (housekeeper or inspector), a complete criminal background check and negative drug test may be required at your expense. Please note, to be included in the schedule, you must attend a mandatory orientation session.

Physical Requirements:
Providing housekeeping services may require physical activities such as climbing stairs, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Background & Screening Notice:
If selected to provide services, you may be required to complete a criminal background screening and/or drug screening in compliance with applicable law. Any required screening will be conducted only after written authorization is provided.
Scope of Services (Summary):
If contracted, services may include but are not limited to:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors
  • Removing trash
  • Staging and spraying, sweeping off exterior decks/porches
  • Making beds and staging property for incoming guests
  • Washing designated linens and items
  • Reporting maintenance concerns with photos
  • Conducting inventory checks as required

Detailed service standards and quality checklists will be provided in the Independent Contractor Agreement and/or vendor orientation materials.

Vendor Orientation & Standards Review
If selected to provide services, you will be asked to attend a vendor orientation session prior to accepting assignments. This session will review property access procedures, standard property appearance guidelines, use of the scheduling platform, and contractual expectations. Vendors will receive a one-time orientation payment for attending and completing the session. Attendance at orientation does not guarantee assignment of services or any minimum amount of work.
Housekeeping Vendor Acknowledgment:
By submitting this form, I acknowledge and understand:
  • I am applying to provide services as an independent contractor, not as an employee.
  • If selected, I will be required to enter into a written Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • I will be responsible for my own taxes, insurance, licensing (if applicable), transportation, equipment, and business expenses.
  • Hobbs Realty does not guarantee any minimum number of assignments.

Payment will be governed by the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement and contingent upon completion of agreed-upon services according to established standards.
