The Carolina Opry Theater brings impressive live music shows to the Grand Strand. The Opry was founded by Calvin Gilmore in 1986 and has grown to a 2200-seat, state-of-the-art theater. The theater's shows win numerous awards, both national and from the state.

Time Warp - The best music of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, blended with rich multimedia screens, special effects, and elaborate costuming. This fast-paced, high-energy show will take you back to the decades that brought us the best in American popular music!
Thunder and Light - This live production features the nationally renowned clogging group All That, combined with a multi-million dollar laser light show and features the magic of The Wagsters. The show includes exclusive, original choreography by All That, interviews and background on the group, and the same multi-colored 5-laser show that toured with Pink Floyd and Madonna.
Pure Magic - Pure Magic is an entirely new production starring The Wagsters. The Wagsters bring magic, amazement, comedy and drama together with captivating card tricks, confounding disappearing acts and even some silly sleight of hand.
