Plan your family vacation at this oceanfront cottage (1K, 2F, 2T, 1QSS). This Hobbs Smart Home features an oceanside porch with a pergola, sundeck, and private boardwalk to the beautiful beach. Comfortable living room, eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, two full baths. Flat Screen TVs in all rooms with Firesticks.
The washing machine and dryer are on the ground level of the home and accessible only through the garage on the outside of the property. There are no interconnecting stairs inside the garage to the house; only outside stairs. A charcoal Weber grill and an outdoor shower are also included. Occupancy is set at 8. This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.
