Hobbs Realty is pleased to offer our guests Play Travel Protection coverage from Insure Stays, a Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, powered by Rental Guardian. As much as our guests look forward to a relaxing escape with us on beautiful Holden Beach, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of those plans. Whether it's a hurricane, illness, or other family emergency, assurance is a good thing when it comes to planning your family vacation. With Rental Guardian’s Standard Travel Protection Program (TPP), you can be reimbursed for your unused, non-refundable, pre-paid trip costs if you're forced to cancel for any of the 30+ covered reasons. The Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) program will cover your trip costs for any of the 30+ covered reasons and additionally will cover 60% of your trip costs for any reason not listed. Although travel insurance is optional, Hobbs Realty strongly urges you to purchase this important coverage, remembering that this product protects everyone traveling with you in the event of covered, unforeseeable, or emergencies. Securing this beneficial insurance is the only way to safeguard your valuable vacation time and financial investment as Hobbs Realty does not issue refunds or offer stay-date transfers for any reason, including hurricanes, natural disasters, mandatory evacuations, shelter-in-place orders, quarantine, illnesses, or emergencies.
Standard Travel Insurance (TPP) is available at a rate of 7% of your total amount. For full coverage benefits, TPP must be purchased at booking. Limited coverage is available for purchase up to 30 days before your arrival.
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) is available at a rate of 10.8% of your total amount. Learn more about Travel Purchase Eligibility.
