Beautifully furnished with five bedrooms (3K, 1Q, 5T), four and 1/2 baths, a newly remodeled, over-the top kitchen with a gourmet wolf stove, pantry, large dining area, and wet bar. Gorgeous oceanside wall of sliding glass doors and LVP flooring throughout. This home is the perfect sunspot to share with family and friends! The oceanside-covered porch upstairs is fabulous for relaxing while the large partially covered deck downstairs has an extra-large hot tub that lets you enjoy sun or shade! After a day of sun, sand, and saltwater, wash it all away in the enclosed outside shower.
The home provides a 3 floor, residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. An EV charger is located in the far right carport area.
In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check-in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a minute of surf and sand! Two grills are provided, one gas and one charcoal. Your paradise awaits!
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. Available when you stay between May 1 through the end of September.
