Located on the tranquil marsh, you will enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular views from the marsh decks. The wildlife and natural views are really special on Holden Beach, but especially on this gorgeous marsh. Inside, you will find an inverted floor plan to help maximize those island views! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and modern beach decor await you at this special spot. Enjoy preparing meals in the stocked kitchen with double ovens and stainless appliances. There is seating for 8 at the large dining room table that can double as a great spot for game night. Seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. There is even extra sleeping with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room! Beach access just West of the property between 677 OBW and 679 OBW, this is a large public beach access for convenience.
Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
