There are ample decks and outdoor seating areas at this lovely island home. You also have access to the Winding River Oceanfront clubhouse and community pool, located closely at 162 Ocean Blvd East. Not only is there an oceanfront swimming pool to enjoy, but there are restrooms with shower facilities, a gathering room with a microwave and a private beach access. Also, included in your stay is use of the Winding River Seaside Marina. There are 4 day dock slips (first come, first serve) connected to the clubhouse via a short walk on the community boardwalk. Enjoy all this island community has to offer!

Inside, you will be greeted by updated decor and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Prepare delicious meals in the renovated kitchen, well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and a large walk-in pantry. Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
