Ready for your 2024 vacation, after renovations completed in 2023 and 2024! Renters will have 4 generous bedrooms (K,K,Q,T,T), living room, and den all with new smart TVs. Two huge bathrooms, plus one half bath, laundry room and a large hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower. Totally new HVAC system, lighting, walls, paint, carpet, flooring, doors, and windows have been installed.
Three spacious decks and a screened-in porch offer spectacular views for outdoor living. A fully equipped kitchen is suited for chefs and bakers including Keurig Duo, CrockPot, and (2) electric griddles, Even the fisher folk have a dedicated fish cleaning station, charcoal grill, and hammock for post-fishing relaxation. This island home truly has everything you need for your most relaxing vacation. Occupancy is limited to 8 guests.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. Available when you stay between May 1 through the end of September.
All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues. Once you’re here, there are plenty of activities you can do with your dog! Holden Beach offers over eight miles of oceanfront for you and your dog to enjoy. Pets are not allowed on the beach from May 20 to September 10, except between 5 PM and 9 AM daily. At no time should your dog be left alone in the vacation rental home. If it is an emergency and you must leave your pet, he/she must be placed in a crate-like container made specifically for them. FYI, when we use the term "Pets" we are referring to dogs only.
