Your Holden Beach vacation will be the Cat’s Meow when you stay in this beautiful 6-bedroom oceanfront duplex with interconnecting doors! This home has two of almost everything! It is perfect for a big family who likes to be together but still have their own private space. Experience the luxury of the oceanside pool. Enjoy the spectacular unobstructed views from the expansive top and bottom oceanfront decks, as well as an additional deck with an outdoor shower that extends out onto the dunes. This is such a unique and beautiful home.
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. Available when you stay between May 1 through the end of September.
