Brand new custom island home ready for you in 2024! This gorgeous 5 bedroom oceanfront property truly has everything you could ever need for the perfect Holden Beach vacation.
Starting outside, there is a private pool situated beside an outdoor bar area with a beverage station including a beverage cooler, high-capacity ice maker, sink, and gas grill! There is Bluetooth surround sound for your enjoyment and plenty of room to indulge in outdoor activities like sunbathing or relaxing at the outdoor fire pit during the cooler months. For more lively activities, there is a football table and a ping pong table to challenge your friends and family! There are two expansive levels of oceanfront decks as well, so you can enjoy the ocean breezes and the gorgeous views. There are also 2 outdoor showers with hot and cold water for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach.
Inside, you will find the perfect island retreat with lots of natural light and chic decor. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large flatscreen TVs. There are two primary oceanfront bedrooms with 65-inch smart TVs, king-sized beds, balcony access, and spa-style showers. There is something for everyone at Carolina Joy, including a unique kid’s room with built-in bunk beds and a fun loft area. There is even a state-of-the-art 85-inch TV complete with easy connections for all gaming platforms to keep the kids entertained!
Enjoy preparing delicious meals in the chef’s kitchen that includes a commercial-style gas range with a classic gas oven, double convection microwave ovens, and double refrigerators and freezers. There is even a beverage station in the kitchen area with a wine cooler, beverage cooler, and high-capacity ice maker. Enjoy your meals and the ocean views at the dining table that seats 14 and the kitchen island with seating for 6. Then, relax by the gas fireplace in the large living room and enjoy a movie night with the 85-inch flatscreen TV. Occupancy is 16.
The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. Available when you stay between May 1 through the end of September.
