Built in 2020, this gorgeous one-level beach home has everything you need for a memorable island vacation. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom gem features marsh and Intracoastal Waterway views and a quick walk to the nearby private beach access which is about 100 yards away (approx. 4 min). Enjoy the gorgeous décor inside with a thoughtfully-equipped kitchen for mealtime preparations and appliances including Keurig, slow cooker, waffle maker, coffee grinder, and others. Also, enjoy tiled showers and luxury tile floors throughout.
The outdoor living spaces are just as inviting with a screened-in porch, a private saltwater swimming pool (open from Easter - October) adjacent to the home, and a ground-level deck area with a glider, picnic table, and grilling area. Enjoy relaxing marsh views as you prepare your meal on a Weber gas grill. After a long day at the beach or the pool (pool floats and toys provided), you can enjoy the outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart in the storage room. Spend family time playing board games or corn hole.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. Available when you stay between May 1 through the end of September.
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
