Inside, you will find an inverted floor plan to help maximize your ocean, sunset and sunrise views. The natural light is gorgeous and the brand new decor is beach chic and comforting. There is all new furniture throughout this lovely home. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with all stainless appliances, gas stove, a separate beverage fridge and a large walk-in pantry. There are also 2 living rooms to spread out and enjoy movie night. All bedrooms and both living areas have flatscreen smart TVs for streaming! Get ready to enjoy the natural beauty of Holden Beach as you sit on one of the many decks of this wonderful boulevard home or splash around in the private swimming pool (open from Easter - October.)
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. This home allows short stays with a minimum of 3 nights, up to 90 days in advance. Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
