This beautiful Smart Home offers keyless entry, three fully covered porches, and one full open deck for extended outdoor living. Inside this beautifully appointed inverted home are 5 bedrooms, 5 full ensuite bathrooms, dining seating for a dozen, and an electric fireplace. Flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and large 75" Smart TV in the family room, each with streaming capabilities. The kitchen is fully stocked including a crockpot, steamer pot, wine refrigerator, and Keurig duo coffee maker (K-cup pods and carafe for ground coffee). This is the perfect space for a coastal beach vacation.
Outside enjoy multiple sitting areas, an extended pool decking, an enclosed pool fence with tables, a sofa, chaise loungers, a putting green, a cornhole, a gas grill, hammocks, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The pool was resurfaced in 2023 with a stucco quartz gem finish, and updated flooring was installed in bedrooms and common areas in 2022.
The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
