Custom-designed furniture in the dining room and living room areas was selected to make sure you, your family, and your friends have the getaway you deserve, full of luxury, relaxation, and comfort. Enjoy that morning cup of coffee or that favorite evening beverage of choice from the copper pub table or the swivel reclining chairs while you watch the dolphins playfully patrol the Atlantic.

Two covered porches overlook the ocean and allow your guests to enjoy the sights, sounds, and salty ocean air while you rock your cares away. This house sits so close to the water that you can watch from the porches or deck as the kids play, fish, skimboard, or whatever your heart desires this summer. Because this stretch of Holden Beach is very private with few rental homes surrounding it or across the street, you will be delighted with the privacy as soon as you plant the chairs and umbrella in the sand. ! Inside or outside, we have tried to make sure you have everything you need to get away from the stresses of life. To help entertain, a 65” Samsung QLED smart TV with surround sound (max package of HD cable channels as well) can easily be enjoyed from the living or dining room areas. A simple voice command activates a premium, Alexa sound system with unlimited music access which makes the stand-alone ice maker and custom wet bar that much more alluring. 5G wireless internet connection makes streaming quicker and easier as well. Each bedroom has linens, pillows, and bedding in addition to its own premium 50” Samsung QLED smart TVs. Each bedroom has private, full baths and the primary has a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, and an ensuite bathroom. A daybed and trundle and a luxury sleeper sofa accommodate those larger groups without compromising on comfort or space. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
