Rental Type and Definitions

House
A rental house is a single-family unit that is not attached to any other units.

Condo
A rental condo unit is located in a multi-unit dwelling, normally referred to as a "complex." Depending on the complex, shared community amenities may include a swimming pool, outdoor patio, grilling area, beach access, etc.

Duplex
A duplex is a two-unit apartment building or condominium. Units have a shared wall with a neighboring unit.
