If you are planning a wedding/ family reunion/ group gathering, please note the following:

  1. All such events must be disclosed to Hobbs Realty and approved by the owner of the property.
  2. A increased rate of $500.00 will be added to the advertised rental rate.
  3. A security deposit of 10 % of the rental rate/minimum $500 is required.
