CSA Travel Protection

This insurance is available at a rate of 6.95% of your total rental amount. This insurance is due with your initial rental deposit payment. Should you choose not to accept this insurance, initial the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement Form and the insurance amount will be deducted from your final balance due.

Although this insurance is optional, Hobbs Realty strongly urges you to accept this insurance, as our policy does not allow refund of rental monies for hurricane evacuations or inclement weather or for the period of time the island may be closed after a hurricane or any other natural catastrophe. Acceptance of this insurance offers financial protection of your valuable vacation time.

CSA Security Deposit Protection

This plan protects you from theft or damage which results from an accident within the unit. The plan does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the plan, please refer to the enclosed Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. You must notify Hobbs Realty of any damage or theft to the unit during your occupancy, or this plan is void. Click here for a Security Deposit Protection Claim Form.

Payment for the plan will not be accepted after the guest occupies the unit. If you decide not to purchase the plan, a security deposit will be added to the final balance. To decline, initial next to the charge on the front of the lease and deduct the amount from your balance due.
