The first-floor living room also features an electric simulated fireplace (no heat). 50" UHD 4K Smart TV in the main family room, plus DVRs are provided in each living area plus all 4 bedrooms (2K, 1Q, 1BB) have cable with free movie channels and DVR playback. Wireless high-speed Wi-Fi and free long-distance calling are included too. Finally, enjoy cooking delicious meals in the kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
