A private beach-side pool with cushioned furniture is open from Easter through October for your enjoyment. The main living room and 1st-floor 2nd living room have large flat screens with surround sound. Extras include a whirlpool tub in the primary bath and bedroom TVs. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, interior and exterior upgrades have continued to be added to this home, including upgraded beds throughout the home with a king-size bed now in the 1st-floor oceanfront bedroom. You'll also find a professionally equipped kitchen, a beverage fridge on the 1st floor for your convenience, an outdoor gas grill, and a hot/cold private outdoor shower. Work remotely, if needed, with high-speed fiber optic cable/Wi-Fi, an HP all-in-one business printer, and office space in the 2nd-floor bedroom.
The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. Available when you stay between May 1 through the end of September.
