19th Annual Labor Day Art & Craft Fair

The 19th Annual Labor Day weekend festival is a celebration of local and regional artists and craftspeople who display and sell their handmade goods within sight of the ocean. Proceeds from the festival are used toward scholarships for local high school students. Food will be sold at this free event.

Rain Date is set for Sunday, September 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

30th Annual North Carolina Oyster Festival

Each year, the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce hosts more than 30,000 people at the annual North Carolina Oyster Festival. 2010 marks the 30th Anniversary of the event, which will feature live entertainment, arts and crafts vendors, festival food, a road race, a kid's area, North Carolina Oyster Shucking Championships and an Oyster Stew Cook-Off.
